Abode Farm is offering Tetsukabuto squash, which is a cross between kabocha and butternut. Johnny's says, "Cooks will appreciate its sweet, nutty flavor and versatility in the kitchen. Abode is NOFA-NY Certified Organic, employs biodynamic practices, and does not use any synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.
Willow Tree Farm is offering pumpkin squash. Willow Tree is a family farm in Stephentown, NY.
