The pork comes from Climbing Tree Farm and was butchered by NLBCo. The cochinita can be accompanied by Bobby's fantastic fresh salsa and pickled red onions and other fixings for amazing tacos.
• Pulled pork this week is made by NLBCo using housemade bbq sauce and the slow-cooked shoulders of pigs raised by Climbing Tree Farm. Both producers are located in New Lebanon, NY.
