Pickles this week come in several varieties:
• Dill pickles with turmeric come by the quart from Hawks Roost Farm in East Chatham, NY
• Traditionally lacto-fermented dill pickles come by the 26oz jar from Real Pickles in Greenfield, MA
• We have two varieties of pickles from Rick's Picks, out of Brooklyn, NY this week. A Classic Sour, in deli-style spear fashion, and the People's Pickle, a thick sliced garlic and dill style pickle.
