• Lightly salted and cultured unsalted butter comes from the Jersey cows at High Lawn Farm, a 150-year-old family-run farm in Lee, MA
• Unsalted butter comes in 1lb blocks from Cabot in Waitsfield, VT
• Ayurvedic ghee by Kaveri comes from local cultured butter. It is lightly toasted for a toffee like flavor and can be used in cooking or topically on skin for health benefits.
