Whole turkeys & roasts for Thanksgiving 2024

We will be open from 8am till 6pm the Monday Tuesday, and Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We will be closed on Thursday. We will resume normal hours on Friday.

We are sourcing turkeys from two farms this year.

1️⃣ Organic, fully pastured turkeys this year are from our friends Mike and Michele at YundWell Pastured Poultry in Canaan, NY. These are the best turkeys you can buy anywhere.

2️⃣ All-natural humane-certified turkeys are from Koch's Turkey Farm in Tamaqua, PA, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country.

YundWell turkeys will all be between 18–22lbs this year and have a brining option

Brining — These whole birds will be available two ways: fully fresh or brined with spices, herbs, and citrus.

Price — For a fully fresh bird, you pay $7.25/lb for the fully fresh birds, starting with a $40 deposit payable when you place your reservation. For a brined bird, you pay the same $7.25/lb, starting with a $40 deposit and a $40 fee for the brining service.

Availability — The fresh birds will be available for pickup from 2pm on Sunday the 24th till 7pm on Wednesday the 27th. The brined birds will be available for pickups from 8am on Wednesday till 7pm.

Koch turkeys will have different sizes and will all be fully fresh

Sizing — We'll have just couple birds between 20–24lbs and then more between 12–14lbs, 14–16lbs, and 18–20lbs

Price — You pay $5.95/lb for the 20–24lb birds and $4.95/lb for all the others. That starts with a $40 deposit payable when you reserve your bird.

Availability — They will be available for pickup from 12pm on Monday the 25th till 7pm on Wednesday the 27th.

We are doing breast and leg roasts from YundWell and Koch turkeys. They'll be brined and handsomely tied by NLBCo.

Breast roasts — The breast roasts will be about 4–5lbs — and brined, fully boneless, and handsomely tied. You pay $18.25/lb for the YundWell breast roasts or $13.75/lb for the Koch breast roasts, starting with a $30 deposit payable when you reserve your roast.

Leg roasts — The leg roasts will be about 3–4lbs — and brined and handsomely tied with a boneless thigh and a bone-in drum. You pay $15.75/lb for the YundWell leg roasts or $13.25/lb for the Koch leg roasts, starting with a $20 deposit payable when you reserve your roast.
