Turkeys & roasts for Thanksgiving 2025

We will be open normal hours in the days preceding and the days following Thanksgiving. We will be closed on Thursday of Thanksgiving itself.

We are sourcing turkeys this year from the same two farms as last year!

1️⃣ Fully pastured turkeys this year are from our friends Mike and Michele at YundWell Pastured Poultry in Canaan, NY. Raised on pasture and fed certified non-GMO grain from Stone House Farm in Livingston, NY, these are the best turkeys you can buy anywhere. 

We have committed to purchasing 30 fresh YundWell turkeys. They will come in two sizes: 12–15lbs and 17–22lbs.

These birds are $8.75/lb, starting with a $50 deposit payable when you place your reservation. When you place your order, please leave a note about any size preferences you may have, and we will do our best to meet them.

2️⃣ All-natural humane-certified turkeys are from Koch's Turkey Farm in Tamaqua, PA, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country.

We have committed to purchasing 22 fresh Koch turkeys. They will come in four sizes: 12–14lbs, 14–16lbs, 18–20lbs, and 20–24lbs.

These birds are $5.75/lb, starting with a $35 deposit payable when you place your reservation.

All turkeys will be available for pickup from noon on Monday the 24th till 7pm on Wednesday the 26th.

Now let's discuss roasts!

Eleanor is butchering four birds this year: two YundWell birds and two Koch birds. She will be creating boneless breast roasts and semi-boneless leg roasts. They will all be expertly brined, handsomely tied, and ready to be cooked at home.

There are four types:

1️⃣ YundWell *breast* roasts will be approximately 4–5lbs. These roasts are $18.75/lb, starting with a $30 deposit payable when you place your reservation.

2️⃣ YundWell *leg* roasts will be approximately 2–3lbs. These roasts are $15.75/lb, starting with a $20 deposit payable when you place your reservation.

3️⃣ Koch *breast* roasts will be approximately 4–5lbs. These roasts are $16.75/lb, starting with a $25 deposit payable when you place your reservation.

4️⃣ Koch *leg* roasts will be approximately 2–3lbs. These roasts are $13.75/lb, starting with a $15 deposit payable when you place your reservation.

All turkey roasts will be available for pickup from 9am till 7pm on Wednesday the 26th.
