Eleanor is doing barbecuing for pickup this evening! She's starting with pork ribs from our friends Schuyler and Colby at Climbing Tree Farm; doing a rub of paprika, cumin, garlic, and onion; gilling them over charcoal for smoke; and finishing them in a low oven smothered with homemade barbecue sauce. The ribs — baby backs and spare ribs — will be hot and ready for pickup today at 5pm at the market. They're available with a salad for two or alone.
