• 8oz balls come from Maplebrook Farm in Bennington, VT
• 16oz balls come from Liona Latticini in Union, NJ
• Pairs of 4oz balls buffalo mozzarella also come in brine from Liona Latticini in Union, NJ. The milk is from 100% grass-fed water buffalo and imported from Campania, Italy.
• Halloumi this week comes in 8.8oz grillable portions made from goat and sheep milk from Grillies in Cypress via New York, NY
