Sandor Katz, the fermentation revivalist of great renown, is visiting New Lebanon!
• Doors will open at 11:30am.
• Our program will begin at 12pm. Sandor will demonstrate his fermentation techniques and take as many questions as he can. Ingredients to be announced! We'll have roughly 90 minutes for this, and then we'll take a break.
• Our program will reconvene at 2pm. Sandor will lead a conversation with a diverse group of prominent local fermentation practitioners.
