3️⃣ My favorite potato salad — 24oz zingy white-wine vinaigrette with dill pickles and tons of herbs
4️⃣ Sesame and ginger green beans — 24oz stir fried and served cold
5️⃣ Housemade pickles — New Leaf radishes, white asparagus, kohlrabi, carrots, and local fiddleheads in a sweet and salty brine
