Whole hams for Easter are on offer by NLBCo.
The hams were cured for two weeks in a brine of brown sugar, kosher salt, and nitrites and were smoked for six hours with hickory.
NLBCo buys and butchers whole pigs from Climbing Tree Farm. Both producers are based in New Lebanon, NY.
