Borscht is a traditional Ukrainian stew, often made with beef and lots of vegetables — including beets, of course, which make the soup a deep burgundy.
Borscht this week comes by the pint and includes a bundle of fresh dill. 100% of the proceeds will go to World Central Kitchen, the organization run by chef Jose Andres that is now feeding Ukrainian refugees.
