Four soups are available this week from two local producers:
• The broccoli, cheddar, and leek soup comes from NLBCo in New Lebanon, NY. It's made with local broccoli and leeks and Cabot cheddar. Top with herbs and dip your favorite crusty bread!
• Cream of Mushroom soup is made with Delftree mushrooms, organic vegetable stock, High Lawn cream, and fresh herbs.
• The zaridou, a thick vegan stew of black-eyed peas and coconut milk with mixed spices, is by Alima's Cuisine in Chatham, NY
• The lentil soup, which includes mixed spices, is by Alima's Cuisine in Chatham, NY
